Your Role:

As a Regional Manager, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of fast fashion. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing, mentoring, and guiding a culturally diverse team. This role is heavily focused on operations and will require you to:

  • Oversee the performance of 6-10 stores within your designated area.
  • Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching and motivation.
  • Lead store managers in optimizing all operational aspects.
  • Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining expense management.
  • Minimize shrinkage by empowering your teams to manage store operations effectively.
  • Supervise recruitment, scheduling, and wage control for store teams.
  • Enhance customer service standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with our brand's high standards.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members while fostering a culture of succession planning.
