About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Visual Merchandise Manager to lead our Northern Region team in the USA and UK. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing visual strategies that drive sales and customer engagement across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with our brand's aesthetic and customer needs
  • Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising specialists to deliver high-quality visual displays and store experiences
  • Collaborate with our Buying and Trend teams to ensure our visual merchandising strategies are aligned with our product offerings
  • Partner with our Country partners to execute visual merchandising plans that meet local market needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising leadership roles, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess options and implement creative solutions
  • Experience with budget management and planning, with the ability to forecast and optimize visual merchandising spend
