Role Description

As a key player in the sneaker industry, we strive to create memorable experiences for our customers through operational excellence.

  • Develop and execute a business strategy that drives sales growth and meets financial goals

  • Design and implement programs that deliver memorable experiences for our customers
  • Achieve operational efficiency and excellence

Working collaboratively with your Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results while accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Drive financial sales goals and metrics through effective planning and execution
  • Ensure that our customer is at the core of every business decision, delivering 100% memorable experiences
  • Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new team members within your store
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumers through preparation of online orders
  • Ensure your store stands out as best-in-class through Visual Merchandising excellence
  • Guarantee a fun and safe environment for our customers and team

  • Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and elevate a large team of brand ambassadors
  • Possess Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Display a motivated and driven attitude
  • Be able to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Effectively manage rosters and achieve wage control
