About the RoleWe are seeking passionate and driven sales associates to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, operational excellence, and contributing significantly to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable shopping experiences
- Possess a genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Demonstrate ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Self-motivated and committed to meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Show willingness to listen and apply feedback constructively
- Able to work full availability on late night trade and weekends, with Monday to Wednesday day availability
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
