The Financial Director plays a pivotal role in driving business success and operational efficiency. This leadership position is responsible for:

  • Managing financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Implementing systems and processes to meet regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
  • Managing the month-end close process, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing consolidation reports.
  • Overseeing the preparation of quarterly management reports.
  • Partnering with operational leaders to inform financial and strategic decision-making.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial policies, processes, and controls to ensure governance.
  • Driving team performance through recruitment, coaching, and development.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to monitor costs, streamline operations, and achieve strategic goals.

This is an active leadership position ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, brings strong financial acumen, and is passionate about building high-performing teams while providing outstanding internal support.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior financial management, including oversight of Accounts Payable/Receivable teams and end-to-end financial reporting.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strength in interpreting, analysing, and presenting complex financial data to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving process efficiencies and implementing effective cost control measures.
  • High proficiency in Excel and extensive experience with ERP and CRM systems.
