
Strategic Retail Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail network. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with our liquor retailers, supporting them in achieving their business goals.
You will work closely with our retailers to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. This will involve conducting regular sales calls, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and implementing plans to optimize store performance.
In addition to your retail focus, you will also be responsible for supporting the development of new and existing retailers, including greenfield opportunities. You will work closely with our teams to ensure that retailers have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
One of your key objectives will be to champion local marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and IBA programs. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
Another key area of focus will be to drive excellence in retail execution and promotion of exclusive and owned brands. You will work closely with our retail teams to ensure that stores are fully stocked and merchandised effectively, and that customers have an excellent shopping experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record in sales, territory or account management
- Strong understanding of store environments and commercial operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
