About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events for the Energy team.
- Arrange travel logistics for our CEO and team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with contract management and expense submissions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on budgeting and invoice payments.
- Support operational tasks such as site visits, supplier interactions, and customer engagement.
- Source information for call centre queries and ensure timely responses.
- Manage branded vehicles, including access, logistics, and maintenance.
- Monitor safety observations and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or similar leadership roles.
- Confident and approachable demeanor.
