Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Second in Charge. As a key member of our team, you will provide quality care and education to school-aged children while incorporating your ideas and expertise to create a fun-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and education to school-aged children
  • Create a fun-filled environment that fosters learning and development
  • Work closely with the Director to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A cleared valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
  • Identify and Respond qualification (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Legislation
  • Experience as a support worker, OOSH Educator/2IC, or engagement with school aged children
