Our organization is a family-owned aged care provider operating residential homes and offering in-home and community care programs in multiple locations. We strive to deliver high-quality care, making a real difference to consumers' lives. A compassionate leader is needed to manage our home care services on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality Home Care Packages for consumers while driving opportunities for business growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement projects. You will motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service experiences and outcomes, working within an inter-disciplinary team, and ensure consumer-directed care maintains dignity and respect.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess relevant qualifications and/or extensive clinical experience, demonstrated leadership, management, and negotiation skills, ability to work effectively in teams and provide person-centered care, NDIS Worker Screening Check, influenza vaccinations, and full working rights in Australia.
