Job Opportunity: Learning Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate our learning and development activities. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Learning team in delivering initiatives and activities that drive business outcomes.

  • Role model organizational values and expectations
  • Coordinate events for initiatives delivered by the Learning team, including venue booking, communications plans, catering, and promotional activities
  • Manage logistics of onsite training courses, including meeting rooms, printing, catering, and facilitator liaison
  • Implement events/initiatives within timelines and budget, escalating or resolving problems as needed
  • Coordinate procurement processes, ensuring vendors are paid on terms and tracking spend
  • Administer registrations and enrolment processes
  • Provide up-to-date, accurate reporting and data analysis, preparing standard format reports and dashboards
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure coordination of activity across teams
  • Proactively seek opportunities to simplify complex tasks and drive better outcomes
  • Promote learning initiatives within the business, providing up-to-date and accurate information through internal communication channels
  • Support and assist with ad-hoc requests, learning activities, and projects to ensure deliverables are met

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors
  • Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation projects
