About the Role">

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our learners by managing our online learning platform, handling logistics for events, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to our Tech Onboarding Program, including managing user accounts and updating content.
  • Event Planning: Help plan and coordinate tech events, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Community Engagement: Support our Guild leaders by providing guidance on sponsorship requests, community administration, and other related tasks.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of our online learning platform, ensuring it remains user-friendly and effective.
  • Learner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Process-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using different tools and apps, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
