We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Spicers Balfour Hotel. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional accommodation experiences to our guests.

About Our Hotel

Located in a beautiful Queenslander home in New Farm, Brisbane, our boutique hotel offers a unique blend of comfort and luxury. With shaded courtyards, gorgeous art deco suites, an award-winning restaurant, a rooftop bar, and friendly personal service, we provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional room servicing and check-out cleaning on a daily basis, adhering to high standards;
  • Cleaning the Restaurant, rooftop bar, and other common areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment;
  • Participating in our sustainability practices within housekeeping, ensuring a reduced environmental impact;
  • Conducting regular inspections to monitor cleanliness of rooms and public areas.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Availability and willingness to work a rotating roster of weekdays and weekends;
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results;
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
