About the Role

This is a Customer Service Representative position, providing an exceptional experience for customers visiting our state-of-the-art dealership. As a friendly and professional representative, you will greet customers, make them feel welcome, and connect them with a member of our sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers entering the dealership
  • Provide a memorable customer experience to visitors
  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Record customer interactions for follow up by our sales team
  • Manage the customer database and other general administrative tasks as required
About You:
  • You should have extensive experience in Customer Service
  • You must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • A high standard of Personal Presentation and friendly demeanor is expected
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management skills are necessary
  • You must be able to manage your time effectively in a busy environment
