Job Title:

Equipment and Facilities Specialist

This is a diverse role that will suit an organised and process-driven individual who can provide commercial knowledge and support to the property and construction team.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities, ensuring they are ready for regular business and special events.
  • Utilise our facilities and maintenance system to process maintenance and equipment tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing for store maintenance and equipment with suppliers.
  • Manage the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for purchasing new equipment based on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other management staff to prepare and implement budgets for equipment and facilities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the commercial hospitality industry.
  • Critical thinking and initiative to solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and digital.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong professional work ethics and attention to detail.
