Automotive Store Leader Opportunity

As a senior leader in our automotive shop, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and manage a team of mechanics and wheel aligners. Your strong leadership skills will drive high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a busy team of mechanics and wheel aligners.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to maintain a well-organised workshop environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage scheduling, workflow, and inventory effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training opportunities for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualified mechanic with hands-on experience is essential.
