Customer Experience Transformation Lead

This role requires a strategic thinker who can refine and enhance our existing processes while introducing data-driven strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

  • You'll be responsible for developing and implementing scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration with commercial results.
  • With experience managing teams, transforming support functions, and operating in a multichannel, global environment, you'll drive process improvements and leverage technology to automate and streamline operations.
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down silos, facilitate the flow of customer insights, and empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Achieving remarkable results is essential in this role, including improving first-contact resolution rates, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering an environment where people grow and thrive.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time role based in Collingwood, offering flexible work-from-home options.
