About This Opportunity

Officeworks is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our newest store opening in Ellenbrook. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in retail management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

  • This is an outstanding opportunity for an engaging and people-focused leader to join our team and make a real impact from day one.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting and developing your team, working closely with senior leaders, and driving a positive culture in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of the store's operations and provide coaching and development opportunities to set the team up for success.
  3. Ensure the operation of the store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a senior retail management role, leading a large successful team (30+ members minimum).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours.
  • A strong understanding of various retail operations and the ability to work to KPIs and budgets.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management skills.
