About the Role:

EBOS Group Limited is seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our technology vendors, including sourcing, governance, and relationships. You will also be required to report on vendor performance and identify opportunities for value or savings from our vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of IT vendors and contract management framework.
  • Conduct strategically focused vendor and contract management, analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with strategic third-party partners and other vendors.
  • Identify key contracts and vendors within Technology.
  • Schedule contract review events and record keeping.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance.
  • Monitor and report on EBOS Group's contractual performance.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT vendor/commercial management.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline preferred.
  • Understanding of business processes and basic corporate finance, management, and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • A knowledge of current trends/movements in vendor management and in the Technology market within Australia.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI.
