Senior Vendor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the selection, negotiation, and management of our ICT vendors, ensuring the best value and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet our standards and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
- Manage vendor risk and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to understand their needs and ensure vendor solutions align with these needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize vendor performance and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in vendor management, particularly in the ICT sector.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
