We are seeking a dedicated Caregiving Professional to join our team at Lead Group, in partnership with a leading aged care provider.
About Us:

Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a $90,000 - $110,000 per annum salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing professional development opportunities and relocation assistance.
Job Description:
As a Caregiving Professional, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring residents' health status, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and providing compassionate care to residents and their families.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need current AHPRA registration, experience in aged care as a registered nurse, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
