Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships and guide customers through the entire lending process, instilling confidence that they are achieving their objectives.
  • Utilize expert credit analysis skills to ensure positive lending outcomes for customers.
  • Develop strong connections within the community, branch, and manager to deliver effective lending results for customers.
  • Embrace continuous learning opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of our customers.

This is a Permanent, full-time position located in Cairns working 76 hours per fortnight.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations is required.
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation is essential.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills are necessary.
  • Understanding of small business offerings and consumer lending experience would be an asset.
