Chief Financial Strategist

A leading financial services provider seeks experienced professionals to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, enhancing the client experience, and addressing unmet client needs.
You will work closely with our teams to provide tailored advice on wealth management, lending, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions;
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting and relationship-building;
- Maintain knowledge of financial trends and regulatory developments to deliver relevant client strategies;
- Lead client meetings to assess financial needs and identify opportunities;
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless experience;
- Foster relationships with specialists to identify wealth opportunities;
- Act as a business partner to teams to drive joint business growth and client engagement;
- Coordinate with the servicing team to support efficient client service.
- 6+ years of professional experience in finance;
- Demonstrated ability to grow a client base via strategic pipeline oversight and targeted acquisition efforts;
- Background in professional services or related field (desirable); AND
- Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
