Optical Dispenser Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our busy practice in Rose Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike.

- Conduct thorough eye examinations and dispense spectacles and contact lenses as prescribed by optometrists.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and prescriptions.

- Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in optical dispensing.

- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
