We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue-growth objectives.

You will be responsible for building new business relationships, connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in our products and services, and targeting those you identify as having an opportunity to work with.

  • Closing new business deals in the Commercial market segment.
  • Exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting levels.
  • Making both cold and warm prospect calls, using targeted questions and your rapport-building skills to understand the client's business strategy and how we can contribute to their success.
  • Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations including live demonstrations of our products via remote presentation.
  • Preparing sales offers, proposals, product presentations.
  • FOLLOWING A STRUCTURED SALES PROCESS, TRACKING ALL CRITICAL ACTIVITIES AND ENSURING A DETAILED UNDERSTANDING OF THE STATUS OF A DEAL AT EVERY STAGE OF THE PROCESS.
  • Effectively advising and influencing customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Developing strong product knowledge and being ready to learn from your colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an outbound sales position, preferably selling B2B software solutions.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to influence decision-makers virtually.
  • A proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
  • The confidence and communication skills required to initiate phone conversations with C-Level, VPs, Directors, Founders, Heads of & Managers, navigate questions, and overcome objections.
  • The curiosity required to learn, understand, and articulate our technologies and value proposition.
  • The ability to prepare and conduct product and solution demos independently.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities - you'll naturally thrive in a busy, challenging role where you can take ownership of your success and contribute to a driven team.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • The drive and self-awareness required to continuously learn and improve your sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
