Job Opportunity

As a senior construction professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of residential projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in volume building construction, with a strong background in supervising new builds and maintaining occupational health and safety procedures.

The role involves coordinating trades and materials, managing stakeholder relationships, and working independently with superior time management skills. A trade-qualified Carpenter with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is essential for this position.

We are seeking candidates who can work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, and who are proficient in computer applications. A current driver's license is also required. If you have experience in high-end builds and units, and possess desirable skills such as firewalls, this could be an opportunity for you.

This role offers a stable full-time position with a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.
