We are the largest Aboriginal community-controlled healthcare provider in WA, providing culturally responsive primary health care to over 20,000 Aboriginal patients across four clinics in East Perth, Mirrabooka, Maddington, and Midland.

Our dedicated team focuses on prevention, early intervention, and comprehensive care to enhance the wellbeing of our community.

This is a permanent full-time vacancy with flexible work hours.

The role involves fostering preventative care and early intervention, offering guidance to families, and facilitating effective stakeholder management and teamwork.

The position requires flexibility in fulfilling additional assigned duties from the line manager.
