This role plays a critical part in ensuring that library systems and services provide a high-quality user experience for the university community. Key responsibilities include assessing and advocating for improvements to library systems, documenting key interfaces with university systems, and seizing opportunities for library technologies to positively impact teaching, learning, and research outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in supporting integration between existing systems in a complex operating environment.">Analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to make informed decisions regarding complex issues.">Interpersonal skills allowing effective communication with staff across the organisation and a commitment to a high level of customer service.">Able to work as an effective team member or independently as required by the task or situation.">Knowledge of contemporary use of APIs, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as PowerShell.">Familiarity with functional system administration and configuration and current awareness of emerging technology and trends relevant to academic libraries.">">
