Your Role
As a key member of our team at ProQuest Recruitment, the Credit Claims Officer will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of all credit claims (returned/received goods) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Correspond with customers to resolve claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Process credit claims and raise adjustment notes in our Oracle system.
- Investigate short deliveries and discrepancies, including liaising with transportation companies to resolve issues.
- Obtain proof of delivery (POD) when required by customers and send rejection notices to customers with documentation as proof.
- Process debits/reversals in Oracle of credit claims.
- Input manual claims from customers into Oracle.
- Investigate RTS's and returns to warehouse and raise credits, if required.
To Succeed
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or payable in a warehouse environment would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of credit claims and Oracle is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and data entry skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- $73,000 plus superannuation and discretionary bonus.
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
