Accounts Payable Clerk Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, or Oracle.
The selected applicant will be responsible for processing invoices on the system, performing bank reconciliations, raising purchase orders, and receipting payments.
Additional duties may include handling low-volume but high-value invoices, as well as other ad-hoc office duties.
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in similar positions with end-to-end accounts payable responsibilities
- Proficiency with large-scale ERP systems
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A 'can-do' attitude
