Leadership Opportunity for Senior Speech Pathologist

Early Start Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our multidisciplinary allied health team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Senior Speech Pathologist to step into a leadership role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Speech Pathologists in providing high-quality care to children and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy and current membership with SPA are essential.
  • Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents.
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, to support a culturally diverse environment.
