Job Title: People and Culture Manager

The Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner is seeking a People and Culture Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and be accountable for all People and Culture initiatives focused on the achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and be accountable for all People and Culture initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to achieve business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on HR matters.
  • Manage a high-performing P&C team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Expert level understanding of relevant HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Significant experience in providing expert advice to deliver successful people and culture outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline.
