Job Description:

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and empowered team. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviews, contracts, and onboarding.

You will track compliance for onboarding (police checks, vaccinations, VEVO, qualifications, references) and provide HR administration support, including drafting contracts, variation letters, and managing compliance registers.

Additionally, you will support employee experience initiatives such as service anniversaries, recognition programs, and engagement events. You will build strong working relationships with managers, payroll, and administration teams across homes.

Moreover, you will maintain HRIS (Humanforce) records, generate recruitment and compliance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment and/or coordination
  • Experience in aged care or healthcare (essential)
  • A genuine passion for people and team wellbeing
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Approachable communication style with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with HRIS/recruitment systems such as Humanforce (desirable)
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Commitment to confidentiality, fairness and integrity
