Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive the conception and development of products in our allocated category.
About the Role- This role is critical in driving innovation & creativity, understanding company wide strategies, and communicating regularly with the Design Team to ensure any critical design issues or developments are highlighted and resolved when required.
- Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims etc. in line with company standards, while maintaining close links with manufacturers to ensure seamless handover of developments.
- Attends fit sessions and uses technical ability to ensure best fit is achieved and approve final samples with stakeholders when required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product Development or Design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
- Ability to time manage work load in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively, as well as proficiency in illustrator and photoshop.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
