The Opportunity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive early careers framework that caters to the organization's evolving workforce requirements.
  • Lead innovative campaigns and represent the business at key events to position it as a preferred employer of emerging talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate, intern, and undergraduate programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to synchronize hiring needs and development pathways across multiple service lines and locations.
  • Coordinate assessment centres and onboarding programs in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
  • Monitor program outcomes, retention, and success metrics using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in early careers, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition. Ideally, this individual has a background in a professional services or corporate environment.

You will possess excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and inspire emerging talent through creative and innovative approaches.
