About the Role:
- Lead a small team of HR professionals to deliver strategic HR initiatives and projects.
- Partner with our business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies to support business growth and development.
- Collaborate with our Learning and Organizational Development team to design and deliver training programs.
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Embed yourself with our customer groups to understand their needs and develop solutions to support their success.
