
Business Integration Specialist

TasWater is a leading water utility company that delivers exceptional services to over 460,000 customers in Tasmania.
The RoleYou will contribute to the effective integration of systems and processes across multiple business groups. This includes championing consistency, managing commercial and contractual risks, and achieving performance KPIs and targets of the Capital Works Program.
Key Responsibilities- Champion efficient system integration to promote consistency and enhance business performance
- Analyse data, develop reports, and coordinate portfolio/program/project-level reporting
- Utilize Project/Portfolio management and reporting systems and associated applications
- Contribute to a friendly and performance-oriented team culture
- Help achieve program performance KPIs and targets through collaboration and process alignment
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to source, collate, and analyse data effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
