Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sleep Apnea Consultant to join our team at our head office in Kent Town, SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Manager in day-to-day operations, providing consultancy services, and advising customers on OSA issues.

Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that merchandise is clean, appropriately displayed, and stored in accordance with store processes and manager directives
  • Carry out a range of services as prescribed by our service model, as well as other tasks assigned within this position level, abiding by protocols and procedures aimed at increasing conversion rates and improving sales opportunities
  • Help improve brand awareness in cooperation with our marketing department through sales promotion and educating patients on product knowledge and provide sound after-sales service
  • Abide by the standards of service, quality, health, and safety requirements on all aspects within the head office or assigned outlet
  • Meet operational objectives as set out by management for this position level at the corresponding outlet

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a consultative/sales/customer service role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage patients and customers in conversations that help build an understanding of their needs
  • Demonstrated drive to work in a retail environment with a sales-focused reward outcome
  • Self-driven to achieving a high-level performance through commitment and efficiency in work processes with a sound analytical skill
