Key Role

The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows and API-based connections.

This individual will configure, customise and enhance Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver reliable, scalable and secure business solutions that streamline customer, financial and project portfolio processes.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimising integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM, developing and maintaining automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI, and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

The successful candidate will have proven experience configuring, customising and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment, demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM, and strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform for building workflows, automations and reports.
