  • Proven experience as a senior or lead developer, with a strong track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals, with demonstrated ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage development workflows.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between development teams and project stakeholders.
