Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate arrangements for faculty staff during alternative program terms.
  • Use data-informed instructional practice to support every student succeeding.
  • Build teachers' capability in using data to provide effective differentiated instruction.
  • Implement research-based pedagogical practices to increase student engagement.
  • Lead the collaborative development of a coherent, sequenced P-10 Australian Curriculum and Assessment Plan.
  • Lead the collaborative development of Teaching and Learning Plans (TLAPs) for all Year 11 and Year 12 Subjects.
  • Support the College's Collegial Engagement Policy and Professional learning program and align staff capability to professional learning opportunities.
  • Be committed to creating a school-wide culture of wellbeing, engagement, and personal achievement that values diversity, responding to the needs and interests of students and staff.
