We're seeking an ambitious Operations Associate to join our Patient Experience team. As the ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for managing our Process and Change team based in Manila.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the process team to build and update processes used by the patient support service team
  • Auditing processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Driving continuous process improvement using data and insights
  • Solving complex operational challenges and managing projects
  • Advocating for patient experience improvements across the organization
