About the Role

The Manager, Transaction Banking Service will play a critical role in executing strategies to deliver timely and accurate outcomes for customers across a range of products. This involves working closely with multiple teams across ANZ to ensure seamless customer service and drive adoption of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing strategies to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with domestic and offshore capability centers, senior leaders in product and coverage, and senior leaders
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve customer issues
  • Take accountability for complex customer challenges and coordinate timely responses/issue resolutions
  • Identify and eliminate root causes behind recurrent customer challenges
  • Proactively educate customers on digital solutions to drive adoption
  • Contribute to team success by sharing workload and ensuring customer-centricity
  • Accountable for the quality of output and customer interactions
