Convenience Retail Console Operator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Console Operator to join our team at OTR in Ceduna. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences by offering assistance, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote our wide range of products and specials.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You are comfortable working alone and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • You have moderate to heavy lifting and reaching abilities, with the capacity to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for professional development.
