Console Operator Role

At OTR, we're excited to offer an opportunity to become a part of our retail team as a Console Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced position that requires being able to multitask and manage time effectively. As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our guests have an excellent experience when visiting our store.

About You & Your Skills

  • You are committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • You are comfortable working independently as well as within a team
  • You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • You have the availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • You are willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
