Console Operator Opportunity at OTR in Mount Gambier

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Console Operator to join our team at OTR in Mount Gambier East. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appearance
  • Operate console duties efficiently and effectively
  • Upsell and promote products and specials to increase sales
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
