The Role of Console Operator

This fast-paced position involves providing great customer experiences, ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your time effectively, handling cash transactions, operating consoles, and promoting our wide range of products and specials.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting the needs of our diverse guest base
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
  • Operate console systems efficiently, processing transactions and monitoring sales
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, enthusiastically sharing with customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working alone or as part of a team, and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
