Global Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Manager to oversee the management of our processes in various offices across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong global expertise in business and information technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Institutionalizing compliance with all global processes and making recommendations for improvement to enhance operational excellence.
  • Ensuring implementation and proper management of global teams, including HR, IT Admin, and Compliance Teams, to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Monitoring business operations and ensuring compliance with all transactions in global accounts to prevent any potential risks or discrepancies.

Additional duties include conducting risk management, postmortem analysis, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, as well as performing proactive site and client visits to ensure competent and efficient global management.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global labor laws, contract management skills, and proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, Bamboo HR, Microsoft Teams, Google Shared Files, and BOSS.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for communicating with business units, global teams, and clients to ensure clear accountability and meet expectations.

Reports will be prepared and analyzed for timely submission to senior management.
