Early Childhood Education Professional

Establish a pool of Early Childhood Education Teachers for permanent and fixed-term positions to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment, enabling high-quality learning and developmentally appropriate instruction. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the National Quality Standard and possess ongoing cultural awareness and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
- Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights.
- Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before commencing employment.
- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before commencing employment.

- A strong understanding of the principles of early childhood education and care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
