Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a dynamic childcare centre in Bertram, Western Australia. As an educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that foster the growth and development of young children.

Job Description:

  • Create and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior educators and educational leaders to design and enhance learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
