Early Childhood Educator

KinderPark Early Learning is seeking a qualified professional to fill a key role in childcare operations.
As an educator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
The ideal candidate will have a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
We offer flexibility in work arrangements and multiple locations, allowing you to tailor your schedule to meet your needs.
A current Working With Children Check is also required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead by example and maintain a caring and professional demeanor at all times
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Foster a supportive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Required Qualifications
